Established in 1991, Tree Tools is very well positioned in the software development segment in relation to the Brazilian market. In 2001, we built our headquarters (1,500 m2) at the Software Park of Curitiba, an area in the city’s industrial district dedicated to software production.
Our company offers IT products and services and currently has a strong base of more than 350 active clients.

We absorb and apply concepts and methodologies that are focused on the quality of the systems produced. Tree Tools develops WEB software on demand and adopts an open, high quality, and low cost ownership framework based on Java.
HelpDesk-3 is an ITIL compliant IT Service Management software solution, one of the most complete tool in Brazil. It already has a multi-language interface that includes Portuguese, English and Spanish. HelpDesk-3 has been successfully used by many companies in Brazil, replacing other international class products. We offer the best cost relation and some of our clients already use it in Europe. So we’re sure we can provide a new high quality IT Service Management SW Tool option to the international market.
Collector-3 is a full solution for real time identification and monitoring of a company’s IT resources. The difference it has is that it can assess the users’ individual needs and work pro-actively to detect and prevent problems by forecasting possible events.
In 2000, Tree Tools was awarded by Info Exame magazine (200 largest companies in Technology) the 3rd place in Business Excellence in the Software segment, and presently we are in the process to obtain the MPSBr level F certification (CMMI level 2 equivalent).
