TS – Tecnologia & Sistemas
In order to increase the productive capacity of a small unit deployed as a cooperative in Campo Mourão, State of Paraná, in 2002 entrepreneur Laersion Jorge Badotti sought in the market tools that could measure the productivity of the clothing industry.
With eyes on a medium term success, he decided to improve his skills in the clothing area and ask consultants to assist him in obtaining the desired increase in productivity. These consultants confirmed that there were manual tools and techniques to measure the production’s efficiency and therefore, being able to manage the productivity of human resources as well as that one of the equipment.
This gave him the idea of creating a product that could fill in close this gap in production control. In 2003, the idea started to be implemented, becomes a reality and this product is now called TS-Monitor, a system that is specialized in data/information collecting and processing for the industrial segment.
TS Tecnologia & Sistemas operates in the development, production and marketing of products (hardware and software) and services oriented towards process monitoring, and planning & production management in the several industry segments.
Our mission is to provide to the Brazilian market, Time Analysis automated systems for the management of production processes, using Information and Communication Technology, and to be recognized in the global market as a pioneer in the development of solutions to manage production processes using Time Analysis automated techniques.
TS-MONITOR is a production real-time monitoring product that consists of hardware and software. Its purpose is to monitor the activities of the job posts’ man-machine tasks of an industrial production line. It analyses data and produces information so that managers can identify bottlenecks in the production chain, make decisions for better use of the existing employees and equipment, and take actions to improve the man-machine interface. The system provides different sets of information, at any time, for instance:
- Impartiality of information
- Automating the timing process
- Comparing production indicators, per period
- Improvement of production notes
- Viewing collaborators at their job posts and the corresponding efficiency chart
- Displaying the actual time the operator worked
- Reducing manual controls
- Viewing the number of processes performed, per operator
- Calculating the efficiency, per operator (Performance Chart)
- Visualizing the industries’ layout
- Agility in the analysis of production reports
- Standard time report with the calculation of concessions (Dead time study)
- Indication of the performance of employees
With this information it is possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses in production and know how to be on time, as well as to determine the efficiency of any activity by controlling how many operations are performed in a given time.
