A history of ethics, professionalism and lots of creativity to help its customers, QLA specializes in developing, consulting and providing ERP solutions for industrial companies in Brazil.

The company was firstly focused on the food industry. Over time, however, the growing demand from other markets made QLA broaden its customer base. Presently, besides the food sector, we provide solutions for the pharmaceutical, electronics, auto parts, drinks, hygiene and cleaning products, cosmetics, animal food, whole sales and transportation segments, among others.
In 2006, SHN was renamed QLA and among its clients there are companies of different sizes and industrial segments. We have already provided about 50 local companies with maxiPRO, adding up to over 1,000 users. Now QLA intends to reach the foreign market.

Through an implementation methodology that was tested and adjusted along the years, QLA can quickly and safely deploy its software, while the follow-up process during all implementation steps provides QLA with an intimacy with the clients’ requirements that few companies have.

Our Technical Advisory is prepared to supply any kind of guidance and support to the clients’ deployment teams along the whole implementation process, except training and customizations, while our Functional Advisory includes those services related to corporate advisory to help with those issues that address Information Technology under the hardware, software and resource management aspects.

Besides its own products and services, our company has become a Microsoft Gold Partner and presently also sells and deploys ERP Dynamics.

As improvements in their relationships with customers tied to the large scale growth of the international software market has demanded from companies a permanent improvement in their development methods QLA, with its strong culture focused on quality, has just reached CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) level 2 maturity. Assessments were carried out by the ESI (European Software Institute), official partner of SEI (Software Engineering Institute). The assessment by SCAMPI (Standard Appraisal Method for Process Improvement) happened in February 2010.
QLA also offers courses for those who are in charge of operating maxiPRO and the other QLA products. These courses can be scheduled in Curitiba or at the clients’ premises.

maxiPRO is an ERP for small- and medium-sized companies. Aimed at the operational reality of Brazilian industries it allows greater control of operations, thus reducing costs, increasing agility in decision-making and swiftness when redirecting operations in view of the permanent challenges the market poses us.

mrp-PRO is a system for production planning, for Make To Order and/or Make To Stock industries. This system specialist was developed within APICS’ specifications for a MRP-II. With mrp-PRO your company will be able to better render to service its clients due to the high level of precision and the great information processing speed.

maxiNET is a Web-based tool to extract management information from a company’s management systems. Besides, it also hosts Web modules that allow greater ease for users.
